J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bombas (New York, NY) en avr. 2019
Entretien
The interview process at Bombas reflects the amazing culture of the company. My first step was a call with their VP of People to discuss my background, the responsibilities and challenges of the role, and my questions about the benefits, work-life balance, and best parts about working for the company. Following the initial phone interview, I went for an on-site interview at their Union Square HQ. The company is in a great location, easy to get to, and so much to explore. I felt immediately welcome when I got to my interview room and saw that my name was on a white board with the morning's schedule of the three people I was meeting with. The best part was the bag of free socks waiting for me on the table! I met with a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, their VP of People, and their Director of Talent Success. All of the interviews were thorough, but relaxed. They asked me questions about how I would handle different People related scenarios, my experience with volunteering and community service, and my familiarity with specific processes and systems. A unique aspect about interviewing at Bombas is that, in addition to the free socks for yourself, you are given a pair of donation socks to give to someone in need following your interview. I really liked that, right from the start, I was connected to the company's mission. The initial interview was followed by a take home assignment and a final in-person round with more team members. Very shortly after the final round I was contacted by the Talent Acquisition Team with an offer and I immediately accepted. Best career decision I've made!
