Went through several rounds of interviews only to discover mid-process that my point of contact had left the company with no handover or communication to candidates. Found out through unofficial channels rather than any direct communication from the company, which says a lot about what goes on behind the polished employer brand. The interview style also felt more focused on catching candidates out than genuinely assessing fit. Would think carefully before investing significant time in their process.

Had many rounds but overall not so hard interview questions. Quick communication and helpful recruiters. I got an offer after 3 weeks of interview (4 rounds). Mostly behavior and vibe check. Great company culture.
