3 stages, 1 hiring manager and then 2 with each co-founder. Hiring manager was lovely as was the first co-founder. The last interview seemed to be a very different experience, started off by the co-founder telling me that the job wasn't what I expected it to be, which was strange after receiving such good feedback from the first two stages and having experience that fit the job requirements to a T.
