There are multiple rounds of calls and interviews, skills tests and experience quizzes. I applied on the website which takes you to a recruiting page. I got a call about week later from the broker. He asked me about 10 questions on my resume. Then he sent me to his assistant for scheduling an interview. I got a date a week after that call. This office is really difficult to find and I was almost late.
