After applying, there is a 15 minute initial call asking about yourself and interest in Boeing and the program. Final round was a presentation and STAR format questions about different experiences.

I had one interview with two managers. It was a relaxed experience and the conversation was free flowing, where I only had an occasional bout of anxiety. The questions were straightforward about my previous experience and the results I delivered in previous positions.
