I applied after a recruiter from Bobcat contacted me on Linkedin. I was then sent a link to perform an Asynchronous Video Interview (One way) where I was to record videos of myself responding to representatives at Bobcat asking questions.. This was a terrible experience. Call me old fashioned but I believe interviews are a two way street, especially when you are attempting to poach me from my current employer. The one way interview removes my ability to ask any questions to see if the company is the right fit.... but maybe the fact that they deploy such an impersonal interview style tells me all I need to know about how they treat their employees.
