The interview works like a cattle call audition. I had some people in my group who had nothing memorized. First you are asked some general question then sent into 1 of 2 rooms depending on how well you do. You are theen asked to recite your story. If you move on you recite your story once more for a group.

When first arriving you will be given a pop quiz on Chicago. Make suRe you know the basics such as the meaning of the word Chicago, the year of the great chicago fire. Then you'll be given a pop quiz on the company so read up about them first!! Questions such as who is bobby? What are the 4 pillars of the company? Then you will give a 2-4 minute speech on your given area of chicago infront of everyone else who is interviewing that day.
