Inconsiderate of time since the first and second interview were repetitive. vague experience questions and somewhat inappropriate since they brought praying up in the interview process. I’m not even sure how they expect people to respond to that. Ultimately, glad they didn’t decide to waste more of my time since they said next steps would be a case study.

Question 1
Asked if I was okay with the CEO starting meetings in prayer… also, asked about how my previous managers would describe me and seemed really focused on that and why I left the position versus getting into the actual requirements of the job. The first interview was a phone screen with HR for 3 mins and the second interview was a repeat of the first interview basically which lasted an hour. Very inconsiderate of others times for claiming to be a religious and caring company.
