I had a phone interview, then a 2.5 hour in-person interview during which I only spoke with two people. I also completed a "test" of sorts where they gave me a 50-slide powerpoint and asked what was good about it, and what I would add to make it better. After this assignment, no one was around to see me off or tell me what to expect next. After devoting all that time to the interview process, I never heard from them again.
