HR contacts me through linkedin and thn call me very next day, we have formal discussion like years of experience, where you are working currently, current CTC, expected CTC etc and then schedule 1st technical round. I was able to clear 1st round, after some times I have followed HR for the 2nd round, they want to have one client round but the client put the position on hold, don't know why because they are in hurry in the beginning but after 1st round, I don't know what happens.
