J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Blueprint Technologies (Bellevue, WA) en déc. 2016
Entretien
The interview process was a panel of currents OPM's and it went as expected. While I have the experience needed there was a more qualified candidate. Note that I was an internal candidate applying for a promotion.

The review got off to a bad start when I arrived at an empty lobby with no receptionist. I waited for a while and then called the phone number posted for packages that need a signature. Twelve minutes into when the interview would have started, my interviewer retrieved me without acknowledging the wait. What followed was a casual interview that lasted about twelve minutes or so regarding my background and why I was applying. When the interview ended on time based on the late start, I was told that we had "gone over" and that we needed to wrap up.
What's really strange is that I was scouted based on my contact center experience, but when I arrived I was told that it was not a contact center position, and that the other OPMs were let go or left on their own due to them trying to run the program like a contact center. Which raised the question: Then why am I here?
