The company insisted on me to come for the face interview as they really liked my profile ( I was told so b y HR) although I wasn't sure about this position. Interviewer kept on asking me to look at test scenarios from a high level,create test plan for some feature printed on hard copied paper. I was offered to crash the Notepad application....Questions were extremely vague. At the end of the hiring process, they didn't have a decency to reply to my follow up email or to let me know that I was rejected. It was waste of my time.
