Virtual Interview. Recruiter was over 10 minutes late. She was in a very noisy public location with bad internet connection. It was very obvious she was not prepared and was reading through my resume as I was speaking/as she was asking questions. When she learned I had no property management experience even though that wasn't listed anywhere on the job description, her face and tone visibly dropped. And she repeatedly asked about it throughout the less than 15 minute talk while struggling to ask other questions or describe the position well.

Four interviews in total - with the Operations Manager, the General Manager, the Director of Operations, and the Regional General Manager. All were very transparent, conversational, and about 30 minutes each.
