I was called over the phone after I applied online. My interview was working with an adult that had Autism. The interview consisted of working together for a day, and seeing if it was a good fit or not.

Throughout the interview I was asked if I thought I was capable of working full-time continuously with someone that could not fully express their emotions or ideas.
