The owner of the company, Caleb was a no show. This company was founded in 2021, has <10 employees, and the owner no-showing I think speaks volumes. At this point I hope he doesn't even try to reschedule.

After applying I received an email asking to select a time on calendly. No additional info was given on who would be meeting with me or what would be covered. I attended the zoom session which turned out to be a group presentations (which wasn't stated). They also shared that the position was 100% commission based (not what it said in the job description), and that it would require that driving around a region to make sales in person with potential customers at their businesses (also not what was stated in the job description). If I had known any of this prior to the call I would have canceled right away. This felt like a complete waste of time and very underhanded recruiting.
