The hiring process was standard. I spoke with a recruiter and then the Product Manager. I received a take home assignment and spent a few hours on it and submitted it. Then I never heard back from the company. Not even a simple confirmation that they received my assignment. It’s been almost a month since submitting the assignment and they decided to ghost on me. My feedback is to have to decency and common courtesy to send a generic response on next steps or if you’re not planning on continuing the process. It’s extremely rude and unprofessional to waste people’s time.
