A bit slow for everything to get organised as I had to call a few times to follow up on my application, but overall an average interview process for the care sector. The person I spoke to was polite and professional and upfront about the role expectations.

1) Basic interview with self introduction and other scenario based interview questions.
2) basic aptitude test with numerial reasoning ,basic reading and writing questions.
3) Training and shadowing with final assesment on administering medications.
