Procedure is pretty standard, HR interview, culture fit, and two technical interviews. Trough the whole process I`ve been guided by their recruiter, responses were pretty fast, and he notified me about the outcomes via phone call on each step which was pretty nice.
Tech interviews were mostly about architecture and problem solving.
Since this is AI the interviewers wanted to know how some of the standard problems in AI were solved on my previous projects. History, hallucinations, overpromising, RAG similarity, RAG topics, sizes of prompts, there were also ML topics regarding encoder models, training and fine tuning.
