After completing 3 rounds of technical interview, HR is saying we don't have position for your experience, we are looking for seniors. Don't you know that before? Why even conduct the interview. Non-sense.
First ask them whether they have a position or interviewing for timepass before giving them your time.

very tough process and not easy to crack the coding round in the hiring process they ask dsa,dp related questions in the coding round and I technical Interviews They ask about advanced DBMS, Networking and Os Related questions

They asked me 90% theoretical concepts in coding, even for experienced position. I Hesitated a bit after some questions , as I heard them after long time, that hesitation made interview go in waste, and also interview was scheduled on same day with no prior notice, I went with no preparation, overall interview would be simple if you prepare
