HR view the profile a week before, then give an assessment link to test on. then arrange the first virtue interview conducted by HR, then follow by hiring manager at the 2nd interview. Smooth and relax progress.
The interview has two parts, including Written test and interview with summary and skill test. The time limit is one hour allowed but more time could be allowed. The Interview is relatively easier.
