1.Upload their CV on their Website. 2.Get Video Call scheduled by HR. 3.A heavy assignment. 4. Round with the concerned Team. I was super excited about the organization until i met with the concerned Team . Interviewer was travelling . I had to wait for her to join and accommodate for her bad network . The crux of the interview was not about me, or the assignment but " how to sell their product to private players" And "only" private players.. When the interview was about to end she herself mentioned that they want to sell their product to NASA and ISRO. Made me wonder if interviewer knew the difference between Private and Public Sector.

Random unrelated questions that felt more like a pop quiz than an interview. They asked me really weird questions that threw me off. They were also late to the interview.
