There were several different aspects regarding the interview process. Starting with the phone interview and progressing to several in-person interviews to include a group case based process. The in-person interviews and case-based scenario occurred on the same day.

Entretien
First had a phone interview. Then made it to the final interview. Final interview consisted of a case study. Case study material was given beforehand and was just more of a history/background for questions asked. Case study is completed in groups of 5-10. Then a separate interview with 2 interviewers and just myself. The entire process was extremely smooth and everyone was willing to help.

Registered to attend NBMBAA conference, applied for the SEL program through the conference career event portal before the conference, engaged with recruiting staff at NBMBAA national conference, received a call back interview request 1 month later (Oct), at the end of the interview I received an invite for an in-person interview, in-person interview was a few weeks later (Oct/Nov) , received official offer end of Nov.
