Despite having the written requirements for the job description the recruiter freaked when I had a career break and then asked me if something was wrong or if I had any problems even though many people took time off in the pandemic. This was in 2021. He basically dismissed me and then told me that the hiring manager was requiring more requirements than listed in the post.
