1st stage interview with the recruiting manager. 2nd stage interview with future line manager. 3rd interview with panel of PMs and development people.
First 3 stages went fairly quick, from there it went downhill. 2 further calls with various people which extended the process to 3 months.

The interview was standard. HR fit interview then technical interview. Then hiring manager interview. Then a senior stakeholder interview. Competency based approach used throughout. Virtual for fit interview. In person for all other interviews

Entretien
The interview process took about a month to be scheduled, with a fair amount of back-and-forth to reschedule the second round due to the hiring manager’s availability. Overall, the interview was fairly straightforward. The questions focused on how I would handle customer situations when a project begins to experience scope creep, my thought process in managing those challenges, and how many projects I typically manage at the same time.
