There is an HR screen and a technical screen. The technical screen was not great. The interviewer was hyper-focused on a product roadmap, specifically the step-by-step instructions on how one is created. Every place I worked used different tools to create them and while they may want specific items included, all roadmaps are generally built the same way. However, it was apparent the interviewer expected your answer to align with how Blue Origin creates roadmaps. There were also technical difficulties with the Teams call which she attributed to me (and was frustrated) even though I use Teams all day for my job including on my phone. I also asked her questions and her answers were awful. I asked how they use Agile to which she responded they follow Agile guidelines.

very very lengthy. Very little communication between sessions. three 1-on-1 sessions, each a month apart. Formal interview is 4-hours: a 1-hour presentation, followed by 5 30-minute one-on-one sessions. Hard to get HR to give a status. Interview/hiring process takes too long!

Prep presentation, write a paper, then answer a last minute question late at night. The paper and the presentation were extremely time consuming and I felt like they were glossed over by the interviewees and instead I was asked questions unrelated to the job
