I had a thirty minute phone screen before moving onto the technical interview. There were a lot of hoops to jump through including an essay question. The recruiter was not very responsive. The interview was online for around five hours total, including a one hour presentation. A few behavioral questions and many technical questions in five separate one-on-one meetings about a variety of topics: controls, system modeling, compressible and incompressible fluid flow. I never heard back after the interview and overall it seemed like a massive waste of time for both myself and the team that interviewed me. They should have been able to screen me out in the initial thirty minute phone call.

First round phone screening was very straightforward of course. Just baseline questions to verify identity and work status. Second round is a technical interview with hiring manager but I have yet to interview to see how that is.
