After completing a phone screen I was asked to create a PowerPoint and interview for about four hours with several different people. After spending quite a bit of time writing the presentation and several hours of interviewing, I received an email less than five minutes after the interviews ending saying I was not selected. I had to call and actually request the feedback and was told I was overqualified..something that should have been discovered during the initial phone screen prior to hours of work and interviews. This company lacks organization and care for candidates which seems would spill over into its employees.
