First step was a 30 minute phone call with the recruiter, followed by the 1 hr screening with the hiring manager. most of the questions are technical and situational problems, as well as the emphasis on why I applied for this job.
The Panel Interview would have been the last step. I was given an instruction to write an essay about Human Access to Space and Space Flight in general, as well as prepare for slides consisting of background, technical competencies, and interest at Blue origin.
Actually, the recruiter has been initially helpful in getting the slides and panel interview prepared. However, despite the scheduling for the final interview session, no followup was given for a while. Later, I just got a short email saying that they found an internal candidate and will cancel this role.
