Blue requires a 1 hour presentation by the candidate. The interview panel will ask questions during this time, but they are general to the presentation. There are usually 4 people on the panel, and after the 1 hour presentation, you will meet individually with each for 30 minutes. This is where they will ask you specific questions related to the job requirements and assessing you against Blue's core principles.
