J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Blue Origin (Van Horn, TX) en avr. 2023
Entretien
Relatively common interview process. One short initial HR phone screen (30 minutes or so), followed by a slightly longer phone interview with an engineer. Was told the final round would be an in person interview where I would make an hour long presentation to a panel, followed by one on one interviews with each person in the panel. Very quick response time after HR interview. Was told I would hear back within 1-2 weeks after phone interview with engineer, but despite following up it took over a month to hear back.

They want you to do a million interviews for no reason. While other companies like Boeing make you only do one. They have a HR call, then a 1 hour zoom call, then another 1 hour zoom call, and then a panel interview.
