1) Phone call with hiring manager. 2) Teams meeting with 5 person panel. You prepare a presentation and write an essay. Entire process apply to offer was 2-3 months. Once offer was accepted, the onboarding person was amazingly responsive and helpful

How will you manage competing requests for service
Initial phone screen, followed by panel interview with presentation on work history and writing assignment. Common questions asked in panel setting. Ended with 1 on 1 interviews with each panelist.

Entretien
Introduction, small talk, very casual. Not very formal at all nor structured. Manager went out of his way to ensure I knew who he was. No indication in either a positive nor negative take on his perceptions.
The first round is a phone screen by HR and they walk you through the full process. Second round is with your manager/report(s). 3rd round is panel interview with presentation. 4th is final interviewer/review.
