Please be aware you have to invest a lot of time in the interview. It might not be a good choice for everyone.
Multiple employees warned me they have a high turnover rate but didn't state the reasons in the interview.
Initial phone screen, followed by panel interview with presentation on work history and writing assignment. Common questions asked in panel setting. Ended with 1 on 1 interviews with each panelist.

Entretien
Introduction, small talk, very casual. Not very formal at all nor structured. Manager went out of his way to ensure I knew who he was. No indication in either a positive nor negative take on his perceptions.
The first round is a phone screen by HR and they walk you through the full process. Second round is with your manager/report(s). 3rd round is panel interview with presentation. 4th is final interviewer/review.
