Very tricky. Definitely wanted to test people for riddles and problem solving rather than actually question on their experience and opinions etc. Did not feel as though they cared if I would be a good fit.

30-minute phone call, but the interviewer did not know what he was asking, and he said you did nothing with your Ph.D. research because he did not understand anything about physics of rockets!!!!

Entretien
30 minute phone interview that included basic engineering questions, brain teaser riddles, questions about experience, and trivia about the space industry. The engineering questions and trivia weren't too tough. The riddles were pretty difficult, especially when on the spot during a phone interview.
