I applied for the Avionics Software Engineer position for new graduates. In two weeks, I conducted a 30-minute phone interview with someone from HR. I then scheduled to do a one hour technical phone interview with one of the engineers at the company. In the first half of the technical interview, I was supposed to write a simple program in C++, and in the second half, the interviewer asked a couple of technical and behavioral questions and also allowed me to ask a couple of questions about the company. Three weeks after the interview, I was notified that they decided to not move forward with the interview process.

I first had a non-technical phone screen with one of their recruiters. Afterwards, I had a more technical phone-screen with one of their engineers. They essentially asked me to go through my resume and explain on of my projects in depth. After a few weeks, they called me to do an on-site interview. On-site, they first gave a tour of the facility (which is awesome!!). I then had to present for one hour on my resume and a technical project I had worked on. After that were four one-on-one interviews, which were mostly talking about my resume and working through a few technical problems.
