Pretty standard interview process. I met with the owner of the company on two different occasions. We talked about my background, about where the company was headed, etc. There was minimal discussion about benefits, etc. My offer was substantially below what was initially discussed with my recruiter. I found out later that there were very different expectations about what I was supposed to be bringing to the company vs what I was hoping to bring.
