First interview was nice, very informal however, no true details about the company were shared. The CEO talked mostly about himself and his travels. Also they do double interviews which was strange. When talking with the CEO for open questions, any questions about the company and how the job is done was deflected to a simple answer "Thats all in the second interview"
The second interview was setup for the next day a 7-8 hour interview with a full workday of reaching out to potential buyers of a product face to face. IE Selling products on the street or in stores -Direct TV /Tmobile/Goverment subsidized phones. Basically you setup shop in the city and try to get leads/sales on the spot.
I didn't go to the second interview after they approved me to move to that round.
The reason is due to the information I got from the HR person, that really set off alarms.
I applied for a Management position however they ignored all of that detail and just put aside that we would be working in the "FIELD". When I asked the HR person about the company she was also very very vague and secretive about what the company does. After a bit of prodding she told me right out as she realized I would keep pressing.
"We go out to areas and sell/Market a companies product face to face. We get different contracts to sell their products at a station or spot we thing might work for that company."
Read all the other reviews on Glassdoor about the company, not something for me but something for someone else. I wished they would be direct and up front about the job before sitting folks out for 7-8 hours in Miami/Overtown to try sell products without being fully signed up with the company. Thats basically free labor for a full day.
