I applied online and received a phone call after a few days for a phone screening. The phone call was unexpected and she asked me about my experience, why I want to work in admin, what I like most about working in admin, strength, weaknesses, notice period, residency status and then book a time for an interview. The first interview was in person with two interviewers. After my second interview, they called again within a week for my second interview. In my first interview most of the questions are situational and for the second interview is this role play questions.
