Explain some processes and scenarios you have experienced that were difficult to handle with direct reports and other in depth questions.

Entretien
Thorough but personable. They inquired about job history, personal goals, situational philosophy, and past achievements. I was interviewed on the phone by an Assistant General Manager and then by the branch head of HR. The interviews happened over two weeks and an offer was made in the third week. A large emphasis on experience with lean philosophy and ability to work in tandem with HR to manage people and situations. It is very important to express your experience and conviction about being a team player. Like most start-ups, team member happiness, is a huge focus of the company.
