This was the smoothest and quickest interview process I've ever had. One phone screening interview with HR, then two rounds of video interviews, first with the direct manager, followed by a peer interview. I really appreciated that they didn't leave me hanging for weeks between follow-ups. Also, everyone I spoke with was really nice and did not come across as phony at all.
