Organized, rigorous, long and competitive
I had 5 rounds of interviews - 2 with HR team, 3 with specific teams I was applying for. Their feedback time on interview was long sometimes leaving a few weeks gap between interviews.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
