Entretien
Had to meet with a few people, asked questions about currently climate of the industry and why I would like to work at bloomberg. After this section I was told they would like me to stay for the remainder of the day to speak with their head of sales & analytics. I sat down with him and he asked me to sell him an app, I proceeded to sell him an app. After I proceeded to shadow a currently employee, this consisted of me watching her take chats one after the other. The following day I received a phone call asking if i could start within the next 3 weeks.

Entretien
Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
Multi step interview process, they have you submit a recorded video interview, then you get selected for a virtual super day where they interview a bunch of candidates at once, then you get an in person. Know about finance and know as much as you can about Bloomberg and its business. Have a good take on AI in finance.

First was Hireview, 1 Hour interview with two team leaders, and assessment centre, consisting of tests, networking, and a final round interview with two team leaders from analytics and sales departments respectively.
