After the first round interview (which is prerecorded), if selected you get an invite to the Bloomberg assessment center. It is in 4 parts. First 30 mins will be a demo of the Bloomberg terminal by a Bloomberg staff. Then a case study will be sent to your email, for which you guys will be put in breakout rooms. Here, a Bloomberg staff will monitor the session in the background to take note of your team playing skills and probably your ability to solve problems. After this stage, you automatically proceed to the team lead’s interview where you get asked motivational questions. After the team lead interview, a decoy will be made and only select candidates will proceed to the manager’s interview (I was not selected for this level)
