After submitting all the necessary documents, the process starts with a phone interview from HR, very routine stuff, but in two languages (I guess this depends on where your are applying to). After that another more technical interview directly dealing with the issues you are expected to address in your work. Finally one final interview with the department manager.

the interview process was very straightforward. A hirevue with 5 questions. There was unlimited time in-between questions but the estimated time to finish the interview was 40 minutes. There was also an online game that needed to be completed before the interview.

2 rounds of interview - both were from Industry expert. First interview was face to face in Hong Kong. Questions were around sectors which I had covered and related to HR. Second round of interview was on VC . Research head took that. Most of the questions were around equity research and technical. Did not qualify

• Use Quantitative methods to analyze financial statements on the equity level to determine Index-level spikes.
• Research and Aggregate Index provider methodology in order to provide transparency to client.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques (Excel) and provide ongoing reports.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
