Applied online, sent resume and all, although I could have applied and interviewed on campus, which would have been much quicker. Went through 1 screening phone interview and 1 on-site visit consisting of 3 technical and 1 HR interview. Weirdest thing, 2 out of 3 interview on site did not involve coding at all, but were rather broad design questions inspired by actual Bloomberg work. However, all engineers were really nice and approachable, and made you feel comfortable with expressing thoughts even if they weren't the best approaches.
