I applied online for the position, by completing a form of questions and sending my CV. They got in touch with me about a month later they proposed me a day and time for a phone interview. I asked them to re-schedule it and they offered me another day and time.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
