The peer interview itself was well organized, and both interviewers were respectful and gave me plenty of time to answer their questions. The conversation wasn’t difficult; it was mostly about whether my past experience aligned with what they needed. Where things fell apart was communication. After the interview, I heard absolutely nothing. No update, no rejection, no next steps. About ten days later, I received a generic survey about the interview process, which felt strange given the silence. When I checked their external Workday portal on my own, I discovered that my application had already been closed. HR never communicated this, which made the process feel disorganized and impersonal.
