The interview process was highly disorganized and did not reflect well on the company’s professionalism. The interviewer arrived significantly late to our scheduled 30-minute block, severely limiting the time available to discuss my background. Throughout the brief conversation, the interviewer appeared rushed, frequently cut me off mid-sentence, and seemed entirely disengaged from the process. When the floor was opened for my questions, the interviewer dismissed almost all inquiries by stating the information could not be disclosed, offering no meaningful insights into the role or team culture. The meeting was abruptly ended well ahead of the scheduled end time under the excuse of a busy schedule. Overall, the experience was disappointing and lacked the mutual respect expected during a hiring process.
