Very simply and typical interview process. Applied for the position and someone reached out via phone call to schedule an interview. Completed a basic interview with standard questions. Heard back within a few days with an offer.

The process was lengthy, but straightforward. I had an initial interview with the recruiter and it took four weeks to schedule a second interview with the Director. It was very conversational and standard questions about skills and reasons for wanting the position. I was told timelines and next steps. The Director used language like you can have a week off in between when you end your current role and start here and when my third interview would be.
However five days after that interview I received a generic standard rejection from the workforce website not even the recruiter or director themselves which was frustrating considering the language used in the interview.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here, what excites you about this role and what makes you nervous

Everyone I spoke to throughout the hiring process was very nice and asked thought-provoking questions. It was a little drawn out - I applied in July and was made an offer but wasn’t able to start until November which was difficult since I was unemployed at the time. Also, 3 interviews seemed a bit excessive for an entry level role. Expect many situation-based questions (“tell me about a time when you..”).
