The process was a bit haphazard as apparently they were growing fast. I felt like they were really impressed in their recent fundings and valuations but I also felt the process was pretty sloppy. Fast and loose. Standard programming questions. What would you do here X? How would you handle Y?

Applied online, met with the recruiter, the team , and the tech lead
They like to schedule all of the interviews at once, which is a big red flag for a company since it can just be a total waste of time

Unprofessional approach of interview. Interviews was asking whatever they felt like asking . It felt like they were winging it as the interview went on .
