I visited the office for two in-person interviews. Square's interview process involves paired programming. I think that's a great way to conduct an interview and I think more companies should do it like that. I had two 60 minute interviews with different engineers and then I joined them for lunch.
Five rounds within 1 oa, 1 coding, 1 take-home assignment, 1 technical interview, 1 BQ. The coding interview is pair coding with an engineer. Technical interview is mainly talking and discussing models.
